Tents, rocks and garage doors

Papa, Uncle Wil and Jason were putting in the garage doors at Nana and Papa’s house this Saturday. Jason took Joshua along since Nana was going to be there too. Julia and I stayed home so she could take her nap and I could get some work around the house done.

Joshua had a big time at the new house. He and Nana played and played. They played in the grass. They visited the goats next door. They built a tent out of the boxes the garage doors came in. Joshua LOVED it. :) When Julia awoke from her nap, we got ourselves together, and we headed down for lunch. We all picnicked next to Joshua’s tent, and Joshua picnicked in the tent. Here’s a look…

After lunch, Joshua gave Papa a hand with the ladder. Truly, he was very helpful. :)

When he wasn’t needed to “help” with the ladder anymore, Joshua did what any 3-year-old boy would do. He sat on the ground and played with gravel. Perfect little boy fun!
